We are Danielle and Emily, two sisters who grew up in Farmington, New Mexico who are looking to acquire and operate a great business in the Southwest.

Our Purpose

We are committed to bringing capital back to the Southwest by investing in the communities where we grew up. We value relationships and transparency, and trust.

We are sisters raised by small-town rural New Mexican values and immigrant Vietnamese parents in a culture defined by resilience, sacrifice, and deep personal relationships. Lifelong New Mexicans who helped Farmington High win 7 state tennis championships, our goal is to bring world-class stewardship, operational discipline, and patient capital back to the region that raised us.

Founders

Danielle Nguyen

Founder and CEO

Danielle has experience advising clients at Boston Consulting Group’s private equity practice, as well as advising Fortune 500 companies at Ernst & Young in New York City in technology strategy. Danielle also spent a year in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar, and worked for New Mexico Senator Martin Heinrich in Washington, D.C.

Danielle earned her BS, MS, and MBA at Stanford, where she double-majored in Statistics and German. At Stanford Graduate School of Business, Danielle invested in global early-stage startups on the Impact Fund and served as Student Body President.

In her spare time, you can find Danielle playing tennis, teaching yoga, or training for her next Ironman.

Founder and CEO

Emily Nguyen

Emily worked for New Mexico Senator Tom Udall and completed a one-year Fulbright Fellowship in Denmark in reusable architecture before joining McKinsey’s private equity practice. There, she specialized in healthcare and TLI (travel, logistics, and infrastructure).

Emily earned her BS in Mathematics and Architecture at Harvard. At Harvard, Emily was president of the Harvard New Mexico club and now serves as a Harvard Alumni Interview chair for New Mexico.

In her spare time, you can find Emily trying a new baking recipe, knitting another sweater, or training for her next race.
